Many online retails are simply importing products from China (most found on Alibaba websites) that have no brand representation or support network for them.  Parts are hard to get and the warranties are downloaded onto the retailer, usually resulting in little or no service support for the customer. 

"Let's not just have some products out there, let's be different.  Let's do it right."

We have moved to an E-Commerce platform now to expand our reach, but wanted to offer the same customer service and great products that has made our traditional retail store so successful.
