Shipping policy

Swim, Sweat & Chill is an online brand and sales channel of California Spas & Leisure in Waterloo, ON Canada.  Located at 40 Lancaster St. West in Kitchener, Ontario Canada.  All products are available for in-store purchasing.  There is no guarantee that every product shown on this site will be in-stock and available for pick up.  Many of the products are factory ordered and all shipping times noted are estimates only.  Please contact us at (226) 366-SPAS (7727) to inquire about availability and/or shipping times. 

Chemicals/Accessories - For all support products for saunas and spas, there is no charge shipping for all orders over $199 within Ontario.  Items include, but not limited to; sanitizers for hot tubs/swim spas, balancers, tablets, test strips, conditioners, etc...parts and accessories such as; cover lifters, steps, pillows, etc... Sauna products such as; accessories, pillows, towels and hats, parts and support products, etc...

Hot Tubs/Swim Spas - ONTARIO RESIDENCES ONLY - Please contact us directly for out of province sales.    Standard Shipping Fee of $699 for Ontario residences within 7 hours of Waterloo, Ontario.  Additional $199 per hour for travel.  Crane installations may be required ($1000-$2000 Avg.) No Electrical Included.  This includes delivery into place and covers, cover lifters, steps built/installed.  Customer is responsible to provide adequate access to the space and an appropriate surface/base for the hot tub/swim spa. 

BBQ Islands / Fireplaces - ONTARIO RESIDENCES ONLY - Please contact us directly for out of province sales.    Standard Shipping Fee of $699 for Ontario residences within 7 hours of Waterloo, Ontario.  Additional $199 per hour for travel. Crane installations may be required ($1000-$2000 Avg.) No Electrical/Gas Included.  This includes delivery into place and BBQ equipment installed into island, ready to be connected. Customer is responsible to provide adequate access to the space and an appropriate surface/base for the BBQ Island/Firepit/Fireplace.

Saunas - Please contact us directly for out of province sales.   Out of province sales are not available for installation, but can be dropped at nearest warehouse available for pick up for flat rate of $650 CAD. 

Plug-in Series - (Hallmark/S-Series) Installation/Delivery of $299 for within 1 hour of Waterloo, Ontario.  Additional $199 per hour for travel.  Customer is responsible for all hardwired electrical connections.
Outdoor - (Northstar/Euro) Standard Shipping Fee of $699 for within 1 hour of Waterloo, Ontario.  Additional $199 per hour for travel.  Customer is responsible for all hardwired electrical connections.  Customer is responsible for all exterior wood treatment.  In-house staining treatments are available for $599-$799
